[ncl-talk] Regarding error occurs while using ncl_filedump

Hi,

Yes, like Dennis, ncl_filedump v6.6.2 reads this file just fine for me.
Very hard to recommend/suggest a fix when we can't duplicate the problem. I
suppose Ubuntu 18.04 introduced an incompatible shared library -- what do
you get when you enter the command:

  ldd `which ncl`
