[ncl-talk] Loop Breaking on 3rd pass

Hi Zach,

Its always helpful to include error messages.  If I were to speculate, I'd
say its probably this line:

    e_date1 = years(i+1) + "033100"

The "i+1" probably exceeds the dimensionality of the variable years
