[ncl-talk] sfYCStartV and sfYCEndV

Hi Dave,
No matter what I do I'm ending up in the same place as you: A blank plot.
Altering the range of the Y-axis outside the y-axis range of your data does
not look possible when the grid is curvilinear/irregular as Rick stated.
Short of manually using gsn_add_annotation and adding a blank plot on
either end of your y-axis, I'm not sure what to suggest here.
