[ncl-talk] ascii to netCDF

Hi all,
I am new to NCL. I have some data in ascii format, arrange like this;
Year    Month    Day    Lat    Lon    Tmax1    Lat    Lon    Tmax2    .............................    Lat    Lon    Tmax9
First, i want to make a I D array for Year    Month    Day    Hours    Minutes as a time variable, (but my data only have Year, Month and Day)
Then, i want to make 3 D array contains time, lat and lon for variable Tmax andThen want to convert it to netCDF format of grid size of 0.7 degree

Data is also attached herewith to review, thanks
