[ncl-talk] Any non global function calculation for stream function?

Dear Collegues,
I have been trying to calculate the stream function reversing from a know u and v in a small domain on Mercator using wrf. However, using uv2sfvpF or uv2sfvpf does not get the results since they require global grid. Is there any availible functions to calculate stream functions in small domains in NCL?
