[ncl-talk] Need a copy of rdIGRA2.ncl

Hi Michael
I have placed some IGRA2 and (older) IGRA scripts and data onto ftp.
Of course, you will have to change the following paths.
dirIGRA2 = "/Users/shea/Data/IGRA2/" ;---Directory with country and
station files
dirRAOB = dirIGRA2+"RAOB/" ;---Directory with RAOB files
Some files will need to be unzipped:
%> gzip -d .....
