[ncl-talk] overlay pbl and dust in same height vertical axis

Hi deari draw meteograms for dust ,when i want overlay pbl height to dust it is done but the scale is different , pbl height is about 3 km but after overlay put under 2 kmThe scripts is attach and two different plot that show only 
what is wrong?please guide methanks
