[ncl-talk] Can't make that color bar show white

Hi:

If you run this program, you'll see that it is a dark blue on the far left
hand side.  Yet, I set cmap(0,:) = 1.

I am hoping someone can tell me how to truly get the left interval on the
color bar to show white.
