[ncl-talk] fatal:Could not open ($NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_code.ncl)

Hiwhen i was run ncl scripts there is this error
fatal:Could not open ($NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_code.ncl)

but it is ncl-ncarg in system  path
/usr/lib/ncarg/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ncarg/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ncarg/libblas_ncl.a/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ncarg/libcgm.a
in bin path there is ncarg/usr/bin/ncargcc/usr/bin/ncargex/usr/bin/ncargf77/usr/bin/ncargf90/usr/bin/ncargfile/usr/bin/ncargpath/usr/bin/ncargrun/usr/bin/ncargversion/usr/bin/ncargworld/usr/bin/ncl-ncarg/usr/bin/ncl-ncarg/TODO.Debian/usr/bin/ncl-ncarg/changelog.Debian.gz/usr/bin/ncl-ncarg/copyright
ncl-ncarg there is in    /usr/share  toomeans ncl -ncarg and ncarg there are in /usr/bin /usr/lib and usr/share
and it is bashrc  
export NCARG_NCARG=/usrexport NCARG_ROOT=/usrexport PATH=$NCARG_ROOT/bin:$PATHexport DISPLAY=:0.0
change export NCARG_NCARG=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ncarg   not working
please help me what i dothanks
