[ncl-talk] Plotting problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to plot a similar map which is in the attachment (adapted from
Chen et al. 2006). I will use  NCEP Climate Forecast System Reanalysis
(CFSR) 6-hourly datasets. I went to the NCL (
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/) page and found one similar example (
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/radar.shtml). However, I am confused
how I can plot by using such example.

Could you suggest me which plot example I should use, please?
