[ncl-talk] Half circle Polar plots

Hi Soumik,
An example using the masked lambert conformal is attached, based on coding
from masked lambert conformal example #4. Note that the type of projection
used causes the 180 degrees of longitude range to fill slightly less than
1/2 a circle. I do not know of another way to do this other than using
masking highlighted in example #5 here: http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/
Applications/polar.shtml#ex5
Note that that technique could be tweaked to get rid of the longitude
labels on the masked portion of the circle.
