[ncl-talk] A fill pallette question

Hi:

I'd like to start using the NCV_rainbow2 color pallette from element 50.

I assume there is an easy way to do this, but it doesn't seem to be written
down anywhere.

Also, I am wondering how NCL knows to span the entire original or modified
color bar when apportioning the colors.
