[ncl-talk] Here is the code for making a WRF file color bar whilte

This may be due to having wkColorMap set in your .hluresfile.  If you
temporarily rename this file, this may change your results.

The other issue is that you had your own WRFUserARW.ncl file. If this is
based on an old version of the system WRFUserARW.ncl, then this could be a
problem.
