[ncl-talk] gsntickmarkson question

Hi:

Is there some command that overwrites such a command?

I did three things: I added it in res1, and I added it right before res6,
7, and 8.  In both cases, the labels appear.  I also made it part of
pnlres, and the labels still appeared.

I am not using any WRF resources, just gsn, so the former should not be
causing any issues.
