Hi Barry,
I could not test your script because I don't have the data. However, I took
one of our example scripts that creates a paneled plot (example #34 at
http://ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/panel.shtml), and added gsnTickMarksOn =
False resources, and indeed it worked as expected. I'm not sure is going
on in your code, but must some other interaction?
