[ncl-talk] Wondering why the reference position is not a valid resource.

Again, there is another typo

   vecres at vcRefAnnoOrthogon*j*alPosF = 0.10    ; move ref vector into  plot

it should be vcRefAnnoOrthogonalPosF. You should read the message more 
carefully ;-).
