Dear NCL team,

Can I suggest that in the description of

lbLabelJust
lbTitleJust

on this page:
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Resources/lb.shtml

That it be specified that the Default: "CenterCenter"

refers to first the vertical direction and then the horizontal
direction? (or the list of options specified).
