[ncl-talk] HDF5-1.10 support

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the patch. We have always tried to remain in sync with
NetCDF4 with respect to the HDF5 version. I believe that the current
version is 1.8.1. But if we can accommodate newer versions with your
patch, that's a good thing. We will try to incorporate it as soon as
we can.
