[ncl-talk] Help (Function SPEI and an error message

Thank You Mary for Your reply and information. I see the functions that
available to calculate SPEI using NCL (file attached). so I tried to
calculate SPEI. But Thank You for telling me that SPEI can't calculated
using NCL, Mary. It means a lot for me.
