Basically the -lola switch can be used, but it may not be applicable to your
data. It does interpolation, for instance.

This may be non-related to this group, but I wonder is there any utility in
"wgrib2" that works same as "LonFlip" does in NCL ? Would like to change
longitude dimension 0:359 to -180:180 in grib2.
