[ncl-talk] About trick mark

Another thing you can try, if you want to get nicer tickmark labels, is to
set:

res at pmTickMarkDisplayMode = "Always"

This is a strangely named resource, but it's effectively telling NCL to use
the "PlotManager" version of map tickmarks, which can give you nicer
tickmarks, especially for regional data.
