Hello
I have a file in txt format, and i need it with a time stamp so I could do
multiple xy plots in ncl, however I do not have the expertise to convert
this into an nc file. I can load and separate the columns and rows but I
can not get the time stamp to work. Tried the NWS_NetCDF programs but still
trying to figure out how it all works.
The first row is the header list, there are 52 columns and what I am using
is the first four columns, year, month, day, hour and minute and the
columns 17 and 20, wind magnitude and direction, that's with ncl
designation of the first column being 0.
Thank You
Stanley G. Edwin
