[ncl-talk] Sub: EOF

Hi,
Could someone let me know the reason behind multiplication of negative sign
with EOF spatial patterns when latitude changes? . There are some latitudes
for which the spatial and temporal patterns are multiplied by negative
sign. Results from ncl not consistent with results from other programming
language.
