[ncl-talk] 2nd label bar

Hi all users. I am trying to put the 2nd label bar to my plot using gsn_labelbar_ndc but was not successful. I need two bars (one with values ranging from 5860-5900)2nd one is for RH 20-100 at an interval of 20. i am attaching my script and figure I dont know why I am getting this back ground. Earlier my 1 st label bar was coming but now things have reversed. 
Pls suggest
