[ncl-talk] problem with res at tmXBOn

I have a panel plot with 2 columns and 5 rows. I have switched off the bottom labels for the 4 rows. But I am unable to get the XBottom for the 5th plot for which I have given the tmXBOn resource separately. 

2nd problem is : how to remove the contour labels in the 1st row (contours between 5880-5900). 
can some one help in fixing these issues.
