has the directions to calculate global angular momentum from pressure 
level u wind data.  In the example, the u wind is has lev pressure 
levels. dp is the "pressure thickness (ie: "delta-pressures")" array and 
has the same number of dimensions, lev. I would think it would have 
lev-1 dimensions.

so, for example in an odd example, I would have

u(lev)=1000,925,850,500,100,20,10
dp(lev-1)=75,125,350,400,80,10

Am I mistaken or is the example wrong?
