Hi All,

I would like to interpolate atmospheric forcing (coming from regional 
climate model) to the ocean model grid (ROMS) using NCL ESMF functions 
and i am looking for a wind rotation code from Polar Stereographic 
projection to earth coordinates. Can i use wrf_uvmet function for this 
purpose? Any other code in Fortran or C++ could work for me.
