Hi Melissa,
if your default font is Helvetica (font 21), it should be
deltaP at long_name = "~F8~D~F21~P" ;-- ∆P
or
deltaP at long_name = "~S~~F8~D~F21~P~N~~F14~Shift" ;-- ∆/P/_/Shift/
