[ncl-talk] Fwd: Sub: Ncl error

We "don't understand why the error persists" either. Something is
wrong and we can only guess. You have not put in any print statements
to help as requested.

Since csv_{7/8}.ncl have run correctly under several different
systems, I speculate you have a corrupt input file. Please download
the file again.
