[ncl-talk] add scale factor to label bar

Dear All,


I have a question regarding the value control of the label bar. As my data range from -7000 to 7000, instead of displaying the label bar with labels of [-7000, -6000, .....6000, 7000], I was trying to display it as [-7, -6, ....6, 7] and add a scale factor of 10^3 (10 to the 3rd power) to the upper right corner outside the labelbar. I did some search on the NCL webpage but with no luck.  Does anyone have ideas about the solution? Thanks!
