[ncl-talk] 12-panel plot is 28Mb

Thanks, Rick.
I just ran it, assigning wks to "oldps". It created an 18 Mb file.
They are just line plots, with lines being assigned "red", "blue",
"black", "forestgreen". Maybe there's too much extra of plot axes, etc.,
since I'm plotting each line individually and plotting standard
deviations individually too, instead of plotting all lines with one call.
Do you agree? If so, then what's the best way to include the standard
deviation lines?
