[ncl-talk] TX,Y major ticks interference

Hi,

I am plotting a standard xy plot where I am adjusting x-axis (XB) tick
characteristics. As part of the process I am setting the length of XB major
ticks to zero res at tmXBMajorLengthF = 0. Unfortunately this seems to set the
YL ticks to zero also. I am setting no YL resources at all so I don't
understand why this is happening.
