[ncl-talk] file query regarding upload

Karin is right. Just change to the directory containing the hdf file and issue the following command (assuming your OS is linux/unix-like),

“cat <yourFileName>”

It will show you something like:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>403 Forbidden</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Forbidden</h1>
<p>You don't have permission to access /MODV6_Dal_C/MOLT/MOD14.006/2014.04.20/MOD14.A2014110.0405.006.2015276113431.hdf
on this server.</p>
</body></html>

which means you didn’t have permission to download that file but you didn’t pay attention. That is the content of the file you posted in ncl-talk.
