[ncl-talk] dim_count_unique_values

Yongli,

Please see the attached "dim_count_unique_values_n.ncl" script which
contains the "dim_count_unique_values_n" function, and two other scripts
for test purposes.

I did this in a hurry, so use at your own risk!
