[ncl-talk] two label bars

Hi Jonathan,
You can move the 2nd label bar down by using pmLabelBarOrthogonalPosF:
res at pmLabelBarOrthogonalPosF = 0.10 ; 0.1 is a guess
You can also control other aspects of the labelbar (size, label font, etc.)
by specifying various lb resources. See the examples on the labelbar
applications page:
