[ncl-talk] An important problem: about install NCL on cygwin

To whom it may concern:
    
 I have install properly the cygwin on my windows7, and the NCL version 6.1.2 can work well on it.


But the version_6.2.0 version_6.2.1 and version_6.3.0 all can not work.  When I type ncl, I just got nothing. 


I found on the forum that some other people also encountered similar problem. 


Anyone have a solution?
