[ncl-talk] Grib 3D field

I am trying to read a 3d variable in  grib2 file using NCL 6.2.0. Using
"wgrib2" command it shows the variable is has level, lat,lon dimensions
but, NCL reading it in 2D (lat,lon). I have uploaded the file in FTP and
attached the ncl file which I tired to use to read the variable. Any help.
