[ncl-talk] ERROR posixio

Dear ncl-team
   I'm using the ncl 6.1.2.
   I’m try to read and write a netcdf file and I got this message:

   ncl: posixio.c:213: px_pgout: Assertion `*posp == ((off_t)(-1)) || 
*posp == lseek(nciop->fd, 0, 1)' failed.
   ./run_exps.sh: line 153:  9922 Aborted

   Do you know what the error means?

   The data files are quite large (2.3G). Is it something related to the 
memory?
