[ncl-talk] Box-Percentile Plot

i am looking for an implementation of the Box-Percentile Plot from Esty WW, Banfield J: The box-percentile plot. J Statistical Software 8 No. 17, 2003. Some thing like the r function bpplot.

Is this function present in NCL?
