[ncl-talk] white background

Here is the setting for the background

*wkForegroundColor  : (/0.,0.,0./)
*wkBackgroundColor  : (/1.,1.,1./)

But I would like to have the white background which I did not get in the following figure.

When I use X11, the plot does appear clearly.
