[ncl-talk] US counties not appearing

Dear NCL Users:

I'm struggling with a very simple issue. I cannot seem get US counties to appear on my map. My script is attached. Perhaps it is the database version or the resolution chosen; the draw order; I just don't know. I have mpOutlineBoundarySets = "AllBoundaries", which I thought would draw the counties, but no luck.
