The NCL team is finishing up the "Introduction to NCL Graphics" webinars
next week, by offering three 1-hour webinars on vector plots, overlays,
primitives, and panel plots.

These webinars assume you have basic knowledge of NCL syntax, reading
variables from a NetCDF file using NCL, and creating plots (contours, XY
plots, maps).
