[ncl-talk] "Introduction to NCL Processing" webinars

We will be offering the first three of six webinars on an "Introduction to
NCL Processing" Dec 15-17.

These webinars are based on the NCL Processing lecture that Dennis gives in
the 3.5 day NCL workshops.

Each one will start at 10:15 AM (MST) and should be less than an hour long.
