[ncl-talk] PyNGL and NCL 6.2.1 Compatibility

Hey NCL,

I was wondering if it was possible get a version of PyNGL that was
compatible with the latest release of NCL (6.2.1). I am primarily
interested in directly plotting geodesic grids (via CellFill) WITHOUT
converting to triangular grids first. It appears that this is possible
in the latest version of NCL, but not the version supported by PyNGL
1.4.0.
