[ncl-talk] "x86_64" and "linux" is replace with "1" in Makefile

Dear all,

I'm building NCL 6.2.1 from the source code.
If I add some directory path, which includes "x86_64" or "linux" string, to "IncSearch" of config/LINUX file, then all Makefile and Configure script replace it with "1" string so its path does not exist.
How to overcome this situation?
