[ncl-talk] NCL _wrf_precipitation problem

OS -UBUNTU -13.04

Dear Sir/Mam

i have wrf file which is generated every half an hour(30 minutes )i.e 48
files generated daily for around 6 months.

but i want to plot daily average  precipitation rate (not the accumulated
as most of the NCL examples plot accumulated precipitation ) on a map.

kindly provide me a sample script as i really am struggling with this :

i would summarize my difficulties

1)adding multiple wrf files in the script.
2)computing the daily average precipitation rate from accumulated
precipitation of  30 minutes file(total=48 files per day) generated daily.
3)finally plotting them on a map for all the 6 months with output as a pdf
file.

I guess many students struggle with these plots so would be very helpful if
you can provide a sample script for this problem on NCL webpage too.
