Thanks a lot for your email!
That makes sense because it is apparently a linking problem due to wrong
location (Users/runner/miniforge3/...) for fortran compiler.
Could you share the location of your ncargf77 as well? I have several of
them and changed the "set fortran" in one that exists under my conda
environment, but it didn't work.
