[ncl-install] Software NCL

 Dear Herintsoa,I think questions should be replied via ncl-install :) .You can download last version of NCL (6.6.2) from one of the following links, depends on your Debian version (7, 8 or 9)https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.662.dap/file/ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-Debian7.11_64bit_gnu472.tar.gz

https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ncl.662.dap/file/ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-Debian9.8_64bit_gnu630.tar.gz

After download, all you need is extract the file and set up environment as mentioned at this link (https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/install_from_binary.shtml).
