[ncl-install] ncl: error while loading shared libraries

Hello all,
I would like your help in installing NCL
I have installed conda then I installed NCL using conda.
but when I run : ncl -v
I get this error: "ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
I have followed the steps from this link:
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml
when I did the NCL test it fails
I have attached the output error in .txt format
