[ncl-install] fatal:Could not open ($NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_code.ncl)

Hi,

on the one hand there is a discrepancy in the version used - after 
calling ncl the version 6.4.0 is displayed in the NCL information part, 
but it should be 6.6.2 according to your information!? On the other 
hand, NCL tells you that the NUG script in line 6 runs into an error 
because it does not find the script 
$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_code.ncl.Please check your 
environment variables for NCL whether they are really set correctly, it 
seems to be a version mismatch.
